**Account Executive for a Global SaaS Technology Company** We need another self-confident goal-oriented person to join our dynamic sales team in Toronto. Alertdriving® has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for almost 25 years. Its world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense®, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet. **Key responsibilities and skills**: - Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes. - Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills. - Building relationships with customer champions and sponsors across numerous diverse industries. - An appreciation for well-established guidelines and procedures related to technical and quality standards. - Friendly, lively and persuasive presentation style and skills Job Characteristics: - Hunting for enterprise-level net new opportunities and executing on win back strategies. - Guiding opportunities through a sophisticated customer-centric sales process. - Sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, demos and building a business case. - Effectively explaining the complexities of a solution in easy-to-understand terms. - The ability to plan, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities. - Close working relationship with your sales leader and senior management. - Open flowing communication. **Helpful experience**: - A post-secondary education and an interest in technology. - A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales, customer service or supply chain role. - Understanding how to build and leverage relationships to get things done. - This position is perfect for the individual that enjoys the challenges of “driving the bus". **WHAT WE OFFER**: - Competitive salary plus commissions plus bonus. - Casual work environment. - Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. - Paid parking. - Benefits package.
