CRM Coordinator

**The Position**:
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM database.
- Train and support team members in CRM system usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data with the ERP system.
- Streamline processes to enhance data flow and efficiency between CRM and ERP.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Leverage knowledge of the electrical industry to align CRM strategies with industry trends and customer needs.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in the electrical field.
- Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure accurate representation of electrical products and components in the CRM system.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory tracking within the CRM.
**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a CRM Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, with proficiency in MS Dynamics
- Background in the electrical industry, with knowledge of electrical components and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
