**You as a**Dynamics 365 (FO and CRM) Business Analys**t will**:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution meets the unique needs.
- Communicate progress and status of the implementation to the project team and client stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
- Participate in design and review sessions with development teams to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is designed to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports to meet business needs of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Be the lead for all aspect of Releases and changes including enhancements, bug fixes and Microsoft and product owner releases.
- Managing user activities such as UAT and supporting User Groups and forums to support new enhancements /ideas/ business challenges.
- Build a collaborative relationship with external vendors whilst maintaining the primary interests of the business.
- Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 (FO and CRM) solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 (FO and CRM) to optimize client business processes.
- Guide the project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports.
- Define how we measure business and operations success and validate (FO and CRM) system performance.
- Support clients on Dynamics 365 (FO and CRM) standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities.
- Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery.

**Is this role right for you?**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have a minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- You have experience with commercial awareness, communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You have experience in Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, ERP, CRM, AI modules, and reporting tools.
- You have strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and identifying solutions.
- You have excellent communication with diverse audiences.
- You have the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- You are detail-oriented with good judgment for decision-making.
- You are committed to collaboration, teamwork, and positive organizational culture.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
