**Job Summary**
Cottonwood Golf Course is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team at Cotton Club Restaurant, during regular hours & club days and hours.

We are looking for fun, energetic, hard working positive team members who have excellent customer service skills and enjoys serving the public to add to our team.

Cottonwood Golf Course is an exceptional 18-hole golf course in beautiful Nanaimo, BC with a full range of club services available. We strive each day to provide all of our members and guests with genuine, consistent, considerate service in a relaxing friendly environment provided by our team of service oriented staff and professionals -both on the course and off.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Professional appearance and attitude & follow Cottonwood Golf course dress standards
- Serving It Right certification is mandatory
- Standard First Aid is an asset
- WHIMIS is an asset
