**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, efficient order management, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have regarding food preparation or ingredients.
- Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling and preparation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours to support kitchen operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
