Gabriel's Cafe is looking for a Server/Barista that is interested in working towards a Lead Server role.

This is a counter service position. Must 19 years or older. Serving it Right is required and Food Safe required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Very generous tips paid out bi weekly.

Lead servers work under the supervision of the General Manager and are responsible for:

- counting and balancing tills
- Handling customer complaints
- Training new servers
- Troubleshooting minor day to day issues
- Communicating between kitchen, customers and servers
- Supervising a team of up to 4 servers

Hours of Operation
- 8am-7pm. Shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 930pm

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Salary**: $15.65-$27.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (preferred)
