We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Inventory Management Team as a Warehouse Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse inventory is properly organized and merchandised to meet customer demand and company standards.

**Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Display**:Merchandise and organize products in the warehouse for the piece pick business to maximize space and ensure efficient retrieval.
- **Inventory Levels**: Monitor inventory levels and advise on replenishment opportunities.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Troubleshooting**: Identify and report on inventory variances and follow prescribed guidelines to find root cause for inaccuracies.
- **Warehouse Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the inventory management process. Participate in cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- **Other Responsibilities**: Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

**Qualifications**

*Excellent communication skills. *Strong attention to detail. *Knowledge of pick pack business would be an asset.

**Shift**:Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
