**Job Title**:Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

- **Responsibilities**_

**Core**:

- Receive loads coming from trucks and pallets.
- Safely load and unload equipment’s from trucks and pallets.
- Process shipments from supplier to warehouse, warehouse to warehouse, Warehouse to customer.
- Pick orders to be shipped out.
- Move equipment’s within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of equipment’s to optimize space and accessibility.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and damage.
- Check in/out all technician, Electrician & Driver appointments.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure documents are ready per dispatch times.
- Arranges shipping schedules according to the immediate needs of customers and technicians. Consolidates shipments to maintain efficiency.
- Understand the technician and electrician needs and respond to them effectively & efficiently.
- Support inventory operations team activities.
- Stage equipment’s for same day and next day jobs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Administrative**
- Prepare sign-out sheet for technicians, keep record and update inventory management system.
- Process inventories move on the system from warehouse to technician.
- Ensure timely and effective records are kept for all services.
- Need to have knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, excel and Outlook), Preferred to have working experience with any inventory management system or CRM.

**General**
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Abide by all company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
