- Job Description
- Summary: The Merchandise Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling merchandise stock from our warehouse inventory following pick ticket guidelines, processing and organizing all orders accurately, and preparing them for shipment and/or loading trucks for delivery.
- Job duties:
- From pick tickets or as instructed, accurately pull all merchandise orders by customer and prepare for shipping.-
- As instructed, maintain the organization of the warehouse merchandise inventory as to placement and labeling of all merchandise.-
- Perform all other merchandise support activities such as mixing product as instructed, and general cleaning of the warehouse as instructed.-
- Support service personnel.-
- Ensure we meet customer’s expectations.-
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of all in-house and off-site work areas. Adhere to all health and safety requirements by the organization.-
- Maintain compliance with Provincial and Municipal Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.-
- Perform additional job duties as requested while maintaining the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities-
- Other warehouse duties as required.- Qualifications- Organizational and time management skills.-
- Basic computer skills desired with experience in Microsoft Office programs.-
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills.-
- A reliable professional adaptable to change.-
- Demonstrate a full understanding of provincial Health & Safety regulations-
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment-
- Able to work a flexible schedule-
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 lbs. is required.- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs = 15%-
- Ability to move/push equipment = 15%-
- Walking/Standing = 55%-
