**NewRoads Subaru Newmarket**,**a division of**The NewRoads Automotive Group, is seeking a talented **Automotive** **Finance Manager.**

**Responsibilities of a Finance Manager role include**:

- Meeting and excelling in setting sales goals by selling extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance, WALKAWAY and environmental protection packages;
- Overcoming customer objections;
- Structuring deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines;
- Rehashing deals with lenders. Working on all deals diligently;
- Booking out deals accurately. Never misrepresenting equipment;
- Preparing necessary paperwork for deliveries and obtaining insurance confirmation;
- Going through paperwork with the customer on delivery, explaining each form.
- Collecting and receiving monies due;
- Separating all documents and organizing the paperwork to be sent to the bank for funding;
- Following up on funding and making sure the deal is funded in a timely manner;
- Communicating all problem deals to management immediately;
- Addressing missing stipulations communicated from the lender immediately;
- Closing docket, which includes printing internal forms for the Admin Department;
- Organizing all of the paperwork in the docket according to the layout required by Admin;
- Updating the internal log showing the deal delivered as well as the products sold;
- Updating the Tricor log for each deal delivered, itemizing all products sold and income generated ;
- Knowing and implement dealership policies and procedures;
- Additional duties as may be required.

**What You Offer**:

- A minimum of three years of experience in a Financial Services Management role is required.
- Import dealership experience is preferred
- An OMVIC licence is required
- Used vehicle acquisition experience is an asset
