Gas Station Manager

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Process credit card payments and provide customer service to the public
- Collect payment and ensure accurate calculation of correct change or refund
- Manage cash drawer to ensure accuracy of deposits and prevent theft of money and company assets.
- Manage and supervise staff (assign daily duties, manage shift schedules)
- Carry out market research and analyze its trends to decide current consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
- Analyze and decide which merchandise and services to be sold in store
- Manage relationship with suppliers and control supply shortage
- Implement price and credits policies
- Design and carry out marketing strategies, including in store and online promotions, especially on social media and websites
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Collaborate with business owner to maintain cleanliness of the store, as well as to resolve customer issues and complaints as they arise

**Education**
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

**Experience**
- 1 year to less than 2 years

**Specialization**
- Point of sale system
- Computer and technology knowledge
- Computerized bookkeeping system
- Inventory control software
- Spreadsheet

**Personal suitability and ability**
- Must be a team player
- Be collaborative, creative, efficient and energetic
- Adaptive to work under pressure
- Physically fit and can handle heavy loads
- Willing to work in standing, walking and sitting conditions
