**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and other inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments.
- Provide product demonstrations and upsell items available in the convenience store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and store merchandise.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Assist in merchandising efforts to promote sales of products within the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
