**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform low voltage wiring and connections for solar systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in solar installation or related fields is advantageous but not required.
