**Solar Energy Sales Associate - Growth-Focused Sales Opportunity**

**About the Role**:
HQ Energy is expanding and looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our solar and roofing sales team as Door to Door Appointment Setters — the first step in our proven development system, and an Assistant Territory Manager.
- Structured training program that builds your skills from Appointment Setter → Closer → Manager
- Real-world experience in communication, marketing, and leadership

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Represent HQ Energy professionally while connecting with homeowners in person
- Book qualified appointments for our Solar & Roofing Advisors
- Coordinate with your team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented environment
- Lead by example — effort, attitude, and consistency matter most
