**LOCATIONS**:

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
A sales leader with proven success in an acquisition based, solutions selling, team leadership role. The Inside Sales Manager reports to the Commercial Sales Director and is responsible for achieving departmental revenue growth targets by developing a world class Inside Sales Team who excel at promoting our voice and data solutions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Management of sales team with a focus on new business to achieve growth targets, while upholding margins and company policies.
- Provide ongoing Sales training to the Inside Sales Team.
- Actively listen and coach sales team to help them overcome any sales-related challenges that can impede team or individual goals. This may include messaging, discovery techniques, organizational skills, communication skills etc.
- Monitor activities of sales agents and ensure systems and tools are being utilized to create best possible business and revenue outcomes.
- Provide ongoing activity and sales reports to the leadership team as directed.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 funnel reviews with Inside Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve defined departmental monthly sales quota by managing the team to effectively sell commercial business solutions.
- Update and submit standardized reporting on areas of focus such as funnel status, forecasts, etc.
- Actively participate in various industry events to increase company visibility.
- CRM customization and reporting.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Hybrid work schedule.
- Office environment, home office, quarterly travel to other offices or as required, availability after hours as required.
- Regular inter office mobility to other groups, departments, etc. Sitting, standing, walking.
- Moderate attention (using two more senses at the same time and in co-ordination with one another).
- Occasional tension, anxiety, and pressure.
- Frequent demand for results.
- Occasional multiple demands made simultaneously for important decisions/actions.
**TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY USED**:
- PC Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office, MS Team, CRM.
- Working knowledge of Windows. Sound knowledge of IP, and other related protocols.
**CREDENTIALS**:
- Secondary School Diploma or Post-Secondary College education (Certificate/Diploma) in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales management.
- Previous Experience Managing a call center sales team.
- Previous Experience in the Telecommunications Industry (preferred).
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be able to fluently read, write and communicate verbally in English to support clients and team members, work with vendors, use third party software etc.
- Bilingual French & English is an asset.
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Strong team player with the ability to influence, lead, and develop partnerships with internal and external clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communications skills.
- Persistent and self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of B2B Sales best practices and trends.
- Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of management and cross functional teams.
- Experience running weekly team meetings.
- Team motivator.
