**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accounting and administrative records in both paper and electronic form.
- Assist in general accounting and administrative duties.
- Generate financial statements and A/R reports.
- Assist in reconciling accounts (bank account reconciliation, supplier’s account reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and maintain A/R accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage posting payments to the general ledger and conduct daily cash reconciliation.
- Analyse customer payment plan, payment history, and credit line.
- Manage recording customers’ payments, issuing credit notes and reconciling accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00-$3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sage 50: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
