**_What Your Core Responsibilities Will Be: _**
- Assist in the management of the donor recruitment program
- Administer the Directed Donor program
- Process orders for daily procurement and aid in shipment process
- Assist in obtaining medical records and lab reports
- Billing, invoicing, and prepare quotations for the business unit
**_Who Will I be Working With_**:
The position reports directly to the Andrology Director and interacts closely with the Patients and Donors in delivering medical services. You will also interact with several other work groups within the business unit.

**_What Skills & Qualifications are Important for this Role: _**
- Completion of Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent certification
- 3 years of administrative experience.
- Knowledge of an EMR (electronic medical record) is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and develop great interpersonal relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
