We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to dive into the world of marketing with us. You'll be the go-to person for assisting our Marketing team with various projects, coordinating tasks, and keeping everything running smoothly. If you're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You'll support the Marketing team with general project management and coordination tasks, ensuring everything stays on track.
- You’ll assist the content team in managing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts from the campaign material created by the content team.
- You’ll work closely with content creators and the demand generation team to distribute and promote our marketing content effectively.
- You’ll keep our task tracker updated to ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
- You’ll maintain our global communications calendar and circulate it among stakeholders and schedule regular marketing team update meetings,
- You’ll work with the global events manager to provide logístical support for marketing events, handling everything from venue coordination to administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest in event planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- HubSpot and WordPress experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
