As a Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.

If you're ready to embark on this adventure, join the Browns Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and presenting findings to the marketing team.
- Assist in managing the QA of digital marketing and e-commerce deliverables.
- Assist in the management of the marketing budget, tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing materials and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities.
- Monitor industry news and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Fashion and/or retail experience is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English), excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with the target audience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
