**Quest Sealing Solutions**, a market-leading provider of high-quality fluid sealing solutions, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our growing team. We are proud partners with top-tier brands, delivering premium products to a diverse customer base that includes key players in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries.

**Key Accountabilities Include**:

- Achieve a healthy increase in business by increasing sales through customer retention, product volume and account growth, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Support and meet sales strategies, goals, and marketing efforts to grow company's presence, sales, and market share.
- Schedule weekly appointments (itinerary) with existing and new customers to review current business and new opportunities.
- Maintain profitability, performance and communicate required improvements to the Sales Manager.
- Promote sales growth through joint sales calls with Sales Manager, vendors and distributing customers.
- Ensure regular activity in generating sales opportunities, qualified leads, and prospects.
- Follow through on quotations and reporting on quotation performance (win/loss ratios and values).
- Positively participate in and drive sales programs and growth opportunities and recommend changes.
- Provide industry insights to new product opportunities.
- Assist with the implementation of new accounts.
- Continuously update customers on Quest’s product modifications, changes, enhancements and prepare product quotes as needed.
- Effective planning to prepare and conduct sales presentations, or demonstrations of Quest’s products or services.
- Work with customer service, purchasing, and administration as required to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations in a time sensitive manner, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations.
- Build a good comprehension and knowledge of industry products, and specifications to provide to customer(s).
- Follow pricing structures and discounts, ensuring they meet company standards and meet current pricing strategies.
- Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications Include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in progressive territory management.
- Experience in gasket/fluid sealing industry is an asset.
- Familiar with manufacturing, shipping, and receiving processes and time to fulfill order requirements.
- Ability to read engineered drawings and provide solution-based results.
- Maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain key relationships.
- Time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
