Key Responsibilities
- Support the issuance of Provincial Attestation Letter for all Canadian Colleges;
- Prepare and transfer student data to the appropriate and required formats for generating a Provincial Attestation Letter;
- Collect, generate, and deliver letters through internal portals to respective student profiles;
- Support the admissions verification and compliance on the Letter of Acceptance Portal with IRCC for all Canadian Colleges;
- Communicate with relevant internal stakeholders on verification cases that requires further investigation;
- Maintain and update letter request and verification record accurately on a daily basis;
- Good command of computer literacy, including advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel;
- Identify best practice in common services, processes, and systems;
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing and coordination of admissions, compliance & arrivals related activities;
- Assist in preparation of weekly reports on letter issuance and verification for management review;
- Use of CSM and Admissions platforms such as Salesforce, Maze and StudyLink.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Post-secondary education in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
- 1-2 years working experience, preferably in a data entry or administration in a higher education environment;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with staff at all levels and adjust communication style to meet varying needs;
- Good understanding of multiple areas of education operations, including admissions, recruitment, IT, finance, and marketing;
- Ability to motivate in a team culture, work flexibly in an environment of change and large volume of data;
- Attention to detail, and demonstrated administrative and organizational skills;
- Strong work ethics to handle confidential and sensitive data;
- Needs to be proactive and a self-starter;
- Legal right to work in Canada.

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of working with Maze, Study Link and Salesforce a plus;
- Prior professional work experience within the international education or higher education industry;
- Prior experience in recruitment and admissions, change management or communications planning.
