Geomatics Mapping Technician, Lidar Production Team

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- For LiDAR: Analyzing, classifying and preparing LiDAR for IQC.
- Assisting with LiDAR overall QC (specific to data delivery preparation) process compliance and improvement initiatives, as required.
- Special projects as assigned in various departments.

Job Requirements
- Related education and/or recent graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use an organized and methodical approach to work efficiently with multiple formats of uniform data simultaneously. Keen attention to detail and a natural technical predisposition is a must.
- Proven aptitude to work in a 3D environment or experience with 3D point clouds is an asset.
- Experience with data processing software is an asset. Bentley or Terrasolid experience is a great asset but not required.
- Overtime may be required from time to time

**Wage**: $20.50 to $23.59 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime
