Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Pace provides Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Strata Management and Renovation and Maintenance Services to residential, commercial and resource sector clients. We provide licensed, experienced, professional services to clients looking for that extra personal touch. We are a locally owned and operated with 35 plus years of experience.
We specialize in the management of strata residential and commercial properties as well as strip malls, office buildings, rental apartment buildings and single unit condos and houses.
**Position**:
This position will appeal to a self-starter who loves to interact with a wide variety of people. It's a busy role with multiple, competing demands on your time.
The individual will be responsible for:
- booking appointments for the property manager
- assisting with tenant and owner inquiries
- typing letters and minutes
- organizing maintenance and repairs
- posting invoices
- processing invoices
- prepare letters and notices
- filing
- updating website
- processing tenant payments
- data entry
- ordering supplies
- managing the office cleanliness
- processing mail
- liasing with all departments

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
Professional appearance and manner
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task.
Strong organization skills and proactive work ethic
