- Experience showings for rental properties and working with prospects. Get familiar with many of Vancouver’s condo buildings and neighborhoods in general

Your day-to-day will consist of a healthy balance of field activities: attending appointments, working with our buyer leads, hosting showings for rental properties, managing closing appointments.

What We Will Need From You:

- **A real estate license**. You'll need a real estate license in order to fully immerse in working as a trusted real estate advisor with our clients.
- Your 100% commitment to building meaningful and lasting relationships with clients.
- Passion We’re not looking for real estate experience: we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about continuous learning on the job.
- **You must live in Vancouver Lower Mainland, British Columbia, CA.**

Compensation
- Your compensation is only limited by your attitude and discipline
- You gain experience while working with our rental listings. Working with rentals is very much like dealing with sales listings. The only difference is that in rental transactions we are renting a place instead of selling it.
- Base salary:

- $2,000 per month
- All leasing-related activities will be compensated at $25 per hour.
- Commission
- It depends on the size of the deal, but you will be looking at about $4,000 per deal you close.

No experience. No problem.

If you completed your real estate trading licensing course, you are well on your way to becoming a real estate investment specialist. No experience is required. Our unique support structure provides you with the training and research you need to be on your way to success in no time. If you like real estate, then all you need is the attitude to learn and be helpful.

Real estate sales experience isn't required, but experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
