**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in need. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals.
**We Require a LMIA Work Permit Specialist If you think you can deliver, send us your resume Requirements: - Minimum 2-year experience working in immigration or law related industry; Working knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, and regulation; Knowledge on TFWP, FSW, FST, CEC, ICT, Owner operator, LMIA process.**
**Duties**:
- Conduct client assessments to determine needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support services to clients facing various challenges
- Coordinate referrals to community resources and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to address client needs
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present information in both written and verbal forms
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when working with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on providing quality care to clients
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently
Pay: $20.00-$25.31 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
