Immigration Caseworker

**1. Document Management**

- Assist applicants with form completion and appointment scheduling
**3. Application Processing Support**
- Enter data into immigration databases and case management systems
- Prepare and track case files for review by assigned immigration consultant
**4. Appointment and Calendar Management**
- Schedule interviews, biometric appointments, and case review meetings
- Coordinate with officers, legal representatives, and clients for timely processing
**5. Office Coordination**
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Support team meetings and compile minutes or summaries as needed
**6. Liaison and Communication**
- Communicate with external agencies such as embassies, law firms, or government departments
- Relay messages and updates between team and clients
**7. Reporting and Recordkeeping**
- Generate status reports for pending and completed cases
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and case timelines
- Archive closed cases according to protocol
**8. Compliance and Updates**
- Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and policies
- Assist in implementing new administrative procedures based on policy updates
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
**Qualifications**
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**:
- **Excellent communication skills** (verbal and written)
- **Attention to detail** and accuracy in document handling
- **Computer proficiency** (MS Office, data entry systems, case management software)
- **Ability to maintain confidentiality** and handle sensitive information
- **Customer service orientation** and cultural sensitivity
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
