**Being a Functional Analyst - Authentication (IAM) at National Bank means you will**:

- Support the Bank’s software teams in their Single Sign-on (SSO) integration process
- Document the details of each SSO integration
- Handle and provide support for requests from existing SSO users
- Help design new SSO integration patterns
- Continuously help improve the SSO integration process with a focus on automating manual tasks
- Become proficient with the technology environment and understand the relationships, dependencies, and impacts of the various authentication solution element

**Preferred competencies**:

- You have a solid understanding of the IAM field in general and more specifically, authentication such as MFA and SSO
- You have carried out Azure AD SSO software integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
- You have contributed to the operationalization of IT assets with high production availability (process, procedure, monitoring, incidents, support, etc.)
- You have worked with Cloud service providers (AWS, Azure)
- You embrace the DevOps culture
- Knowledge of one or more of the following is an asset: Azure AD, Okta, LDAP/Active Directory, Confluence/Jira
