- Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software systems and processes.- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of software systems to meet business requirements.- Conduct functional testing to ensure software solutions are implemented correctly and perform as expected.- Support end-users by providing training and assistance during system implementations and upgrades.- Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications based on functional requirements.- Assist in the creation of functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.- Participate in system integration testing and support the resolution of any functional issues that arise. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Junior Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.- Strong team player.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.-
- Proficient in documenting requirements using standard techniques (use cases, user stories, etc.).- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.- A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
