Among other things, you will have to: - Understand the business and organizational issues of the clients served to support them proactively and with added value; analyze and model business processes; - Translate business, operational and functional requirements to delivery teams; - Identify the stakeholders, analyze and measure the impacts (including the benefits) of whether the changes materialize and contribute to determining the risks and issues; - Contribute to estimating the magnitude of demands in terms of cost and effort; - Supervise the development and monitor the activities carried out by the IT service provider; - In collaboration with the solution architect, ensure the relevance and alignment of the proposed solutions according to business needs and quality assurance criteria before delivery to users; - Support users during the implementation and post-implementation process. - Conduct client health assessments to ensure proper use of the system and adoption of best practices by clients. **YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE** - A minimum of 6 years of experience in an advisory role with business sectors with a view to aligning "functional needs - IT solutions”. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or any other related field. - IIBA or other functional analysis certification is an asset. - Mastery of business process analysis and software development cycles. - Skills in gap analysis of existing systems and software to identify areas for improvement. - Ability to produce feasibility studies, impact analysis, level of effort and deployment etc. - Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to present analysis results and develop plans detailing technological solutions to improve procedures and functionality. - Group facilitation skills, acting as a meeting facilitator, brainstorming techniques, etc. - Initiative, autonomy, and excellent customer service skills.
