**Document Control Specialist**:

- Receives, logs, tracks, files, and monitors paper and electronic customer and vendor supplied documentation, and other technical correspondence.
- Responsible for setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data books.
- Responds to document requests and submissions.
- Generates and distributes reports as required by project.
- Handles file documents by electronically scanning documents, and maintaining data files.
- Uploads documentations to SharePoint site/Customer Portals.
- Sets up and assembles project data books.
- Ensures all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards.
- Archives all Project Documentation and Project Close-out.
- Liaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and Management.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary diploma (business administration etc).
- Problem Solver, information gatherer, very detail oriented.
- Experience in data entry, administrative and/or document control.
- MS Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high pressure and team-based environment.
