We seek a qualified part-time teaching faculty member to join the School of Business and Management Bachelor of Management program.

**Course Summary**:
**BSM 485C Internship**

As part of a City University undergraduate degree program, the students will have the opportunity of using an internship to enhance their learning experience. Within this option a student will be involved in designing, participating in, and reflecting upon the internship experience. An internship is a planned new learning activity that provides the students with a business-related learning experience designed to enhance the understanding of business practices within a given field.

Part-time Teaching Faculty at City University of Seattle has **three key responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. - A Master's degree in business or related fields.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience.
- Minimum of three years of post-secondary teaching experience. Internship supervision experience preferred.
- Skills in addressing student academic-related issues and concerns in support of retention and student success.
- Culturally competent to serve a diverse student and faculty body.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented system and deal effectively with professional staff, faculty, and culturally diverse students.
- Ability to present a professional image for the school and City University of Seattle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and learning management systems in support of quality teaching and learning.

**Salary Information**:
The Part-time Teaching Faculty salary is based on course level and the number of course credits.
