**Position: Functional Analyst / Analyste fonctionnel** **Permanent / Full Time** **Job Location: Downtown Montreal East Quebec H3B** **Client: Bank** **Description**: As a Functional Analyst, you will actively contribute to the development of a highly complex and large-scale business solution with significant impacts for our client. You will address various requests for enhancements or fixes related to a project or product. You will take charge of analyses and ensure the development and evolution of large-scale software products that are part of business solutions. Skilled in communication (simplification), you are capable of making strategic decisions, assuming accountability, and anticipating impacts while drawing connections between initiatives. You will assume a leadership role and act as a specialist in the continuous integration, maintenance, and updating of solutions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Functional Analyst to join our dedicated fraud prevention team in an agile environment. More specifically, you will be expected to: Collaborate as a specialist in the detailed analysis of solutions and define functional specifications in partnership with the Product Owner and the squad. Advise and guide developers and the Product Owner by proposing functional alternatives aligned with the solution architecture. Participate in defining and guiding the scope of various initiatives (initiative, epic, sprint, user stories) using a "Minimum Viable Solution" (MVS) approach. Develop functional testing strategies and support business partners in acceptance testing. Define, guide, and ensure the execution of automated and/or manual end-to-end testing. Produce and update required documentation. Take responsibility for the implementation and management of incidents/problems under your scope. Monitor technologies and development practices.
