**Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.**
- Participate in small and medium-sized development projects
- Analyze user’s needs and define innovative solutions according to their business needs
- Write and break down user stories based on needs
- Develop and review functional specifications files and use cases as needed
- Support the implementation team
- Support the users during evaluation tests.

**Here's what you need to have and master to get the job.**
- College diploma and/or university degree in technology
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst
- Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and Services oriented architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of the Confluence software, an asset
- Knowledge Team Foundation Server (TFS), an asset
- Written and spoken bilingualism (French, English).
