Key duties include coordinating service appointments, managing technician availability, tracking job progress, handling customer requests, updating information, and collaborating with various departments. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to balance competing priorities, manage changes, and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- **Scheduling & Dispatch**:Create and maintain schedules for field staff, assign work orders, and dispatch technicians to job sites.
- **Resource Management**:Monitor crew availability, workload, and resources to ensure efficient utilization and identify potential performance issues.
- **Communication**:Serve as a point of contact for customers and field staff, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and communicating schedule changes.
- **Customer Service**:Address customer requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of service and timely responses.
- **Data Management**:Maintain accurate records of service activities, technician logs, and project information.
- **Reporting**:Compile statistical reports on services provided and monitor key performance metrics, such as productivity and overtime.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments like operations, HR, and customer service to coordinate materials, track new hires, and manage logístical needs.
- **Real-time Adjustments**:Adapt to real-time changes in schedules, resources, or business conditions throughout the day.

- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with scheduling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
