**Overview**
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Working under the Engineering Manager, the primary responsibilities of this position are to prepare the proposal and shop drawings for projects, to communicate with general and site contractors, consulting engineers and external sales representatives throughout the sales process, as well as prepare and maintain schedules set out as per the clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare plant shop drawings for manufacturing AutoCAD.
- Perform detail material quantity take-offs.
- Prepare product proposal drawings for specifier approvals.
- Track and oversee projects from customer quote to delivery to product installation.
- Communicate with general and site contractors, consulting engineers and external sales representatives throughout the sales process.
- Liaise with other Engineering, Sales, Shipping, and plant staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Education Required_
- Post-Secondary Education
- Eligible for certification with OACETT as a Certified Engineering Technologist, (C.E.T.) or Architectural Technologist
**Years of Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management as a project coordinator or equivalent role preferably in construction, or concrete industry.
**Specific Experience**
- Read and interpret contract drawings and specifications. Architectural and structural.
- Prepare project schedules, assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings.
- Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, AutoCAD.
- Structural engineering, construction design and supervision is an asset.
**Competencies**

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
