RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DUTIES
- Owns the master schedule, gathering information to guide priorities, efficiency opportunities, and delivery expectations
- Manages the ERP system, inputs sales forecast, develops production schedule and purchases required materials
- Creates & supervises the issue of Work Orders and releases to the Materials Team and Production unit
- Oversee and monitor progress of production work orders through regular communication with functional departments and take proactive actions to ensure quality and deliveries.
- Lead weekly Production Schedule and Operations meetings, presenting objectives and challenges, to ensure stakeholders are coordinated and aligned
- Establish and monitor ERP/MRP system parameters, including resources, capacity, safety stock levels, buffers for raw material inventories.
- Identifies inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes, and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy
- Support the Design and implementation of new inventory and workflow systems by collaborating and inputting on needs and opportunities
- Participate in month end inventory counts including reconciliation and inventory reporting

SUCCESUL CANDIDATE REQUIRES:

- 5-7 years of successful experience as a supply chain, production planning or relevant role within the manufacturing sector or pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and with staff at various levels & backgroundsExcellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities, and handle multiple priorities, in alignment with strategy

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
