- Salary range for the Maintenance Planner is $65,000 - $78,000 / year
- Ensure the safe execution of all planned maintenance tasks and activities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for tradespeople two weeks in advance, ensuring efficient coordination
- Prepare and organize essential information, drawings, and procedures to facilitate each maintenance job
- Manage all maintenance processes within the CMMS and create recurring Work Order models
- Prioritize maintenance schedules with production to maximize uptime and support organizational goals

- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, including preventative and predictive maintenance practices
- Proficient in CMMS software (Guide TI), MS Office, and SAP, with the ability to analyze trends and KPIs
- Capable of effective collaboration, planning, and organization to achieve business goals
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
