Onsite Safety Coordinator

**QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE/PERFORM**:

- Deliver company safety orientation and conduct pre-site access information
- Organize and deliver site specific safety training and information
- Organize and process FLHA's, BBO's, Inspections, and participate in incident investigations
- Compile site safety statistics and reports
- record meeting minutes and prepare presentations
- perform admin duties for safety related activities
- assist with creation of SSSPs
- Develop and lead tool box and shift safety meetings
- Promote, execute and adhere to the companies safety program and encourage all employees and subcontractors to adopt Iconic safety culture
- Other various safety related duties
- Maintain organized records
- Ability to work in a office setting (not a remote position)
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency
- Proficient communication skills (Verbal and Written)

**ONSITE HSE Coordinator Qualifications**
- **NCSO or HSE Administration designation equivalent training and experience**:

- **Minimum two (2) years working as an HSE Coordinator on construction sites**:

- **Exceptional Communication Skills**:

- **High attention detail in relation to safety systems and best practices**
