Are you passionate about social media, love connecting with creators, and excited to build community both online and IRL?
Knix is looking for a **Community & Partnerships Intern** to support our growing ambassador and creator programs, while helping us engage with our audience in authentic and meaningful ways.
This paid internship offers approximately 20-30 hours per week over three months, with a hybrid model of 1-2 days a week in office.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Manage Our Creator Inbox**: Communicate with Kt and Knix ambassadors, answering questions and sharing updates in a timely, friendly way.
- ** Source Talent**: Identify new creators to join our Paid and Ambassador Programs—people who align with our mission and vibe.
- ** Track & Organize UGC**: Manage our UGC usage tracker and help coordinate how we use organic content across retail, paid, social, and web.
- ** Engage the Community**: Respond to comments, DMs, and tags on TikTok—reposting, interacting, and keeping our community active and excited.
- ** Collaborate with Social**: Work with the social team to curate UGC, share partner content, and help ensure we’re maximizing creator collaborations.
- ** Support Brand Moments**: Assist in planning and executing IRL events and brand activations like PR boxes, advisory boards, and shoots.
- ** Handle Product Seeding**: Coordinate organic seeding and product requests for creators and partners.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok trends, UGC tools, or content tracking systems
