About the Role

Enabled Talent is looking for a
Partnerships Manager Intern
to help us strengthen and expand our relationships across Canada and globally. This role is ideal for an MBA student who wants hands-on experience in partnership development, ecosystem building, and working directly with the founder of a fast-growing accessibility & inclusion startup.

You'll support our national ENABLE Canada Tour, connect with employers, universities, nonprofits, and government partners, and help build collaborative programs that advance inclusive hiring and accessible workforce development.

What You'll Do

  • Support outreach and relationship-building with employers, community organizations, and academic partners
  • Assist in coordinating events and partnership activities across multiple regions
  • Conduct research on potential partners and ecosystem opportunities
  • Draft partnership materials (emails, briefs, proposals, follow-ups)
  • Help maintain CRM records and track engagement
  • Collaborate with the founder on strategic initiatives, pilots, and new announcements
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen national and international expansion efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in an
    MBA or graduate business program
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Interest in accessibility, inclusion, workforce development, or social impact
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable interacting with leadership-level stakeholders

Role Details

  • Part-time:
    ~20 hours/week
  • Start Date:
    January 2025
  • Location:
    Remote / Hybrid (Brampton-based events as needed)
  • Compensation:
    Internship (honorarium or academic credit possible depending on institution)
