**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Working towards undergraduate degree or diploma
- Knowledge of social media tools and content creation software (Example Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software), Canva)

**Day in the Life**:
As a Video and Digital Content Student at The Miller Group, you will play an integral role in driving our marketing and employer branding initiatives. Your responsibilities will include video editing, managing and scheduling social media content, optimizing copy, and researching market trends.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with the entire video editing process, from pre-production to post-production. You will create engaging short-form video content and other multimedia pieces as needed by the team. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of photo and video content. You will also work cross-functionally with the branding and marketing specialist various teams to understand different aspects of talent marketing and employer branding. This position offers an excellent opportunity to refine your content creation skills and learn more about marketing strategy.
