**Purpose**

The Property Manager is accountable to a team and completing the day-to-day administration and management of a portfolio of residential rental and commercial [retail, office, industrial] properties to ensure that all administrative and other function-specific activities are carried out in a timely and consistent manner.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all day-to-day building and site operations
- Work orders; to complete building and site maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Ensure service contracts are being completed in a timely and professional manner
- Draft operating budgets, operating costs reconciliations, and related communication to tenants
- Preparation and coordination of offers to lease, leases, renewals, and addendums
- Tenant improvement coordination
- Obtaining bids and budgeting

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Must be licensed for Rental Property Management under BCFSA**
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience
- Valid driver’s license & access to ready transportation
- Technology / computer proficient
- Interest to develop and progress in their real estate career
