We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our morning shift (7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday and weekends as required).

**Quality Control Supervisor shall**:

- Lead a team of QC Inspectors and manage workflows.
- Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials parts and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Determining equipment and protocols to be used in the testing process.
- Work under direction of the Quality Manager as necessary.
- Assist in formulating and revising quality control processes and policies.
- Hands on inspections and recommending changes and improvements in specifications of materials, parts and products based on inspection results
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully able to lead a team (previous leadership experience is highly desired).
- Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Quality Control
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Quality Control: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
