Job Description

The mission of the Finance Projects team is to support the organization in its digital transformation and in the development of the finance function. The Finance Projects team contributes to the implementation and deployment of technological solutions throughout the organization as well as coordinating the integration of acquisitions.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as a liaison between the various business functions and the finance function;- Collaborate with end users and SMEs to understand business and functional requirements, and identify finance/accounting impacts;- Analyze and understand current and future business processes, and provide recommendations;- Implement solutions/recommendations and verify if any fixes are needed;- Analyze and prioritize various business needs and requests;- Investigate, analyze and resolve problems or incidents related to the finance/accounting function and/or processes;- Participate in the continuous improvement of finance/accounting processes surrounding technological solutions;- Establish and/or coordinate user acceptance testing;- Support data conversion activities;- Support end users and internal customers;- Support the preparation of training materials;- Maintain documentation related to the technology solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BBA in finance or accounting;- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation projects;- CPA is an asset;- Bilingualism required (French/English) both verbal and written;- Good understanding of business and financial processes;- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment;- Autonomy, initiative, thoroughness, analytical and problem solving skills;- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;- Experience in the distribution industry is an asset;- Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 and Workday technology solutions is an asset.
