- POSITION OVERVIEW-
- THE CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU-
- Participate in the analysis of the client's needs, collect and document all business requirements, review, update requirements, specifications, processes and make recommendations related to a proposed solution.-
- Understand the business context and the impact of projects on the organization's processes.-
- Align the various stakeholders using recognized methods-
- Facilitate project meetings and presentations as part of project and process improvement presentations.-
- Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with customers and various partners-
- Take ownership of system improvement requests and translate them into business requirements.-
- Use recognized methods for requirements and acceptance criteria Ensure deliverables are in compliance with established specifications-
- Take a leadership role in the adoption of processes, establish appropriate communications and provide training to target audiences.-
- Keep abreast of the needs and strategies of various internal clients- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies-
- 1 to 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role-
- Certification in Business Analysis, CBAP or PMI-PBA an asset-
- Experience in the financial services industry an asset-
- Good analytical skills and ability to synthesize information-
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies-
- Good ability to learn and to question processes and procedures-
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines-
- Ability to manage ambiguous situations and quickly understand new concepts-
- Good listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal and external customers-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills-
- Influence stakeholders using a variety of techniques-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-
- Knowledge of Office suite, Visio-
