**About the role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Data Services, the Data Services Analyst is responsible for receiving, validating, adjusting, and processing data to support marketing campaigns and other programs with data/system requests. This role works closely with various stakeholders in specific areas such as Consulting, Appeals, or Special Projects by understanding business requirements and driving the analysis and design of quality technical solutions to ensure data processing needs are met.

**What you’ll do in the role**:

- Collaborate with the customer, product owner, project manager, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of data requirements and understand end objectives
- Provide support to several aspects of data cycle, including mapping, reporting and analytics, and transformations; complete documentation and ensure transmission and validation of client data
- Working with Consulting, Appeals, or Special Projects and cross-train as required:

- Consulting: work with Consulting team to understand requirements and end objectives and with clients to receive and understand their data
- Negotiate and adopt agreements so that all parties are clear about expectations
- Appeals: process appeals and develop automation solutions to streamline appeals and processing
- Onboard Appeals and Consulting customers
- Special Projects: specialize in various data and technical projects as needed, including optimization and integration requests and mapping journeys
- Act as the communications liaison between teams
- Understand our business and improve our value to customers by creating efficiencies and achieving results

**You bring to the role:
- 2 years’ experience working within the Microsoft tech stack
- Advanced skill using MS Office Suite programs including MS Access and Excel
- Expert at developing and implementing data policy, standards, and models
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and project management skills
