**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all financial documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, typing, and proofreading financial documents.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients as needed.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including creating reports and presentations.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments within the finance department.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred, with a focus on administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and general computer skills is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills along with experience in proofreading documents for clarity and correctness.
