**Responsibilities**:

- Produce accurate, timely periodic financial, sales and operating reports.
- Partner with and provide detailed quantitative analysis, modeling, and guidance to finance, marketing, sales, operations and real estate management teams.
- Analyze operating results against budget and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing financial forecast, annual corporate plan, and other ad-hoc financial requirements.
- Leverage existing tools and data to identify business successes and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Exceptional MS Office skills** with proven ability to create and maintain** complex Excel models**.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to constructively articulate viewpoint.
- Proven experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (BI preferred), as well as financial systems (i.e. Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Effectively prioritize multiple demands; adjust to change quickly and work constructively under tight deadlines.
- Is a self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
- Has strong working knowledge of various areas of profit and loss, and balance sheet.

**Work Experience**:

- ** 3+ years related analyst experience, **CPG/Distribution background preferred**

**Education**:

- Minimum - University degree in Business (Finance or Accounting)
