**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate with people
- Comfortable taking and making telephone calls
- Good learning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task

**Main responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, schedule or cancel optical examinations and appointments.
- Billing and/or payment of insurance by patients.
- Perform preliminary eye exam tests as needed or requested.
- Respond to a high volume of calls and maintain a high work pace.
