NOV has a job opening for a Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team in Edmonton, AB. Band Saw Operators are responsible for setting up and operating metal-cutting machines designed for repetitive machining work in a machine shop environment.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Study job orders and interpret blueprints to determine correct length to cut.
- Perform saw cut of bar stock and tubular material as per saw cut report.
- Identify, palletize cut materials.
- Maintain traceability of raw material Heat Numbers and Identification Numbers.
- Move cut material to stock location.
- Maintain raw material racks in order.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years machine shop experience considered an asset.
- A valid overhead crane and forklift operator’s certification considered an asset.
